In-person shop policies, physical studio consultations, and tattooing services are governed by separate, in-person studio agreements and release forms.

2. Digital Inquiries and Form Submissions

  • No Service Contract: Submitting an inquiry, contact request, or consultation form through the Site does not create a binding service agreement, reservation, or obligation on our part. Digital form submissions serve strictly as preliminary inquiries.

  • In-Studio Policies Excluded: Any potential scheduling, deposits, studio cancellations, or in-person service requirements are executed independently of this Site and are subject to direct communication and separate documentation with the shop or artist.

3. Online Merchandise Store and Fulfillment

A. Orders and Availability

All merchandise orders placed through our online store are subject to product availability and order acceptance. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

B. Third-Party Fulfillment Partner (Tapstitch)

Our merchandise production, order processing, and shipping logistics are integrated with and executed by Tapstitch. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your shipping and transaction data will be transmitted to Tapstitch for the purpose of order processing, custom printing, packaging, and shipping.

  • Delivery timelines, international customs clearance, and carrier handling are managed through third-party carriers and Tapstitch fulfillment operations.

  • Well Wishes Tattoo is not liable for carrier delivery delays, customs holds, or incorrect shipping addresses entered by the User.

C. Returns and Refund Policy

Because merchandise items are produced on-demand via Tapstitch, all sales are final. Exceptions are made solely for verified manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery with photographic proof to request a replacement or store credit.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Website Content and Artwork

All content hosted on this Site (including text, graphics, studio logos, photographs, artwork, flash designs, digital media, and site layout) is the exclusive property of Well Wishes Tattoo or its contributing artists and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
